Based on initial assessment we prepare detailed Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessment’s for discussion and agreement ensuring no stone is left unturned. It is at this we will also establish a detailed staff profile and assign and train a security officer based around the requirements and propose shift patterns.
It is of prime importance at this stage to give due consideration to the support services that may be required. These could include check calls, supervisor visits, relief staff, review meetings, additional training and equipment.
